Could someone help me with updates?

Hello i am fairly new to this system. My grandson bought me a subscribtion to adobe cloud services. I mainly use paper and pen and trace it on Adobe illustrator and lately i have been trying out something called Fresco which is amazing. The problem is i recently got somebody to fix my computer and eversince i am being asked everytime to manually upgrade the illustrator. But before it always happened automatically. My grandson told me to enable auto update in something called CC application. But i cannot seem to find it? Does anyone know how to do the same? The fresco seems to update on the apple tablet automatically. Its just on the computer i am having issues.

Forgive me if this is not the correct place to post this as i dont know how or where else to do it. Also is there a tele number i can call to get assistance?
