Creative Cloud 40% offer for 1Y, switch from photography plan (DE, FR, UK, ES, RU) until Nov. 9 - not shown

Question

I received this offer via mail, with directions to order via adobe.de.

Adobe.de redirects to adobe.com/de where indeed it says in German the offer is available by switching plan on the account management site.

“So geht's: wählen Sie Konto verwalten > Abo ändern

Das Angebot gilt nur vom 3. bis zum 10. November 2018.”

However, when I go to my account on account.adobe.com only the normal, full price CC (all apps) plan shows up at 59.49€.

Adobe support is available 9-17 CET Monday to Friday, so not helpful.

Anyone else experiencing this problem?

I got the same email and had the same issue. Wondering if the email was legit, though it did take me to my Adobe account when I clicked the 40% off link. However, beyond that, there was no way to access the offer. Very curious....
