New computer at work...nice or......After installing my Creative Cloud and some of the apps I was ready to fire up Photoshop but the app would not start up. Well the app started up but in the end of the process a white square pop up. Looks like Photoshop is trying to connect something but are getting blocked by som security software preinstalled on my new laptop. Is there a way out of this???

You need to stop "some security software" to block Adobe programs...

If you really want qualified help, you need to be much more precise with your indications:

  • what is the configuration of your PC and related infrastructure
  • what security is installed
  • are you behind a corporate firewall
  • do you have a corporate IT looking after your network --> ask them for support.
