Creative Cloud Apps does not update / disabled?

None of the Creative Cloud Apps updates.

In the creative cloud app it right now says V 20.0 on Photoshop but is should be 20.0.1

In Photoshop when I go to Help-Update it says "Updates have been disabled. Contact your administrator"

Please Help!
