Question

Creative Cloud download does not complete on my managed network

I have purchased Adobe creative suite and it starts the download then stops at 25.5% and will not continue nor any error message about the download.  I am completely stuck.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    I spent hours trying to install Creative Cloud and Indesign and even accessed the chat without success.  After searching on Google for literally hours I found this link to the Adobe Cleaner ran it and was able to install both apps.  I am on a Mac laptop with the recent Catalina OS.  This page has the download installs for Windows and Mac.  Best of luck.

      Catalina is causing many problems - You should always wait for AT LEAST a month befeore upgrading to a new operating system, to be sure that all of the programs you use are going to keep working properly

        Creative Suite or Creative Cloud? It matters very much which one.

          Same issue here at 23.9% trying to download after effects/creative cloud (error code 403)

          Three reports here. Are the three of you, by any chance, early adopters of Catalina?

          I'm having the same issue.  Been trying to download Photoshop since yesterday.  Wasted hours trying over and over again.  I can't get past .6% and there's no way to reach someone for help.
