Creative Cloud giving notifications way too often

My CC icon is pinned to my top menu in macOS.

Every day, sometimes twice a day, there is a red spot attached to it showing me I have a notification where there is none.

I like a clean interface and cannot stand leaving any notification unseen.

I hate seeing other peoples iPhones with 1000s of unread email and message notifications!

Adobe, please fix this. I don't want to have to click on your icon if I don't need to. It should be an automated experience, only requiring actual attention when it really only needs it...
