Hello I´ve a Windows 10 machine. I´ve the photographer Adobe cloud pack. From some time ago... I have the same issue every time that I power on my computer. The message says:

Adobe Creative Cloud is needed to resolve the issue. Please click "repair" to fix the issue. If the problem persist, download and install the new copy from ´http://www.adobe.com/go/adobecreativecloudapp´.

Then I click on repair and after a few minutes the adobe will be repaired but in the nex Windows Startup the meessage bos reapear. I uninstall the Adobe suite and download and install all again but in the next start up appear again.

What is the problem?

I have a Dell XPS L421X with a only change of WD SSD with 512 GB and 8GB.

Thanks.

uninstall everything cc including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud.

if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 4 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

I followed these instructions and went through the complete process twice.  When I open Bridge, it will load, I can select photos, but eventually Bridge just locks up.

iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2017)

Mojave 10.14.4

8 GB 2400 MHz DDR4

Radeon Pro 575 4 GB

And the only program running is Bridge.

assuming your initial problem is fixed: reset your preferences -  https://helpx.adobe.com/bridge/kb/troubleshoot-errors-freezes-bridge-windows.html
