Creative Cloud Issues

Can anyone tell me if all products in the Adobe Photography Package ~ Photoshop, Lightroom, Bridge & Camera Raw are available as "stand-alone" products, please?  I subscribe to Creative Cloud Photography package and have a poor internet connect - one of the "benefits" of living in rural England - my best download is circa 1.9MBPS & upload around 0.1MBPS - very best is 0.3-0.4MBPS.  I am NOT at all interested in storage on "the net"  on the contrary I will not use net storage; if I want anything available whilst away, I have other resources available to me. Downloading all the updates is enough of a challenge!

I'd like to know how to get back to "good old basics"  programmes on my PC & storage placed where "I" want  not where a software provider would like me to place my files.  Can Adobe actually provide this for the "Creative Cloud Photography Package?"

Many thanks

you don't need to store anything on 'the cloud' to use adobe cc.

you only need to connect to the internet (and download the installation files) to install the programs.  thereafter, you need only connect once per 100 days and nothing needs to be downloaded unless you choose to update one or more of the programs.
