Creative Cloud keeps on updating

Hi,

 

I have encountered this issue for the 3rd time this month, I am running Windows 10 with an i7, 16GB RAM. Occasionally, the Creative Cloud will "updates" itself and ALWAYS get stuck at 53% irregardless.

 

If i cancelled out this installation, all my Apps (LR/PS etc.) will not be able to run at all, then i had to uninstall and reinstall again the Creative Cloud application. This is time consuming and preventing me from actually using any apps at all. Yes, I have tried the Creative Cloud cleaner tool, it didn't work.

 

I am subscribed to the Annual Photography plan.

If you use any secutiry software, uninstall this software.
And, if you use slowly network, change other network.
