Creative Cloud não instala

É a primeira vez que tento instalar a Creative Cloud Desktop mas o instalador diz que está demorando demais para instalar. Deletei o instalador, reiniciei o PC, baixei novamente o instalador, fechei todos os programas e tentei instalar novamente, mas foi sem sucesso.

    What are the complete computer specs, including hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, and how full)?
