Creative Cloud Not Workimg Recurring problem - PC
For several weeks now I have had issues with Creative Cloud (CC) The app either does not allow me or update any programs, though it says updates are available, or it just doesn't load at all and gives me an error. I have used the repair feature, which when it works, seems to only work for a couple of days...still not updating though. Then it wants to be repaired. Or I have uninstalled and reinstalled and that doesn't do much either. I hope if your team is working remotely you can address this problem, as there are days that I waste an hour or more just trying to reinstall or repair CC to get my programs to work.
When I go to the website, it doesn't seem to recognize that I have anything at all installed...so not much help there.
