Creative Cloud - Stalled Update

Curious whether others have had problems with current Photoshop update - I have had no prior problems but Creative Cloud seems to hang at 7% or 8%.

Thanks for any insights.

I'm moving this from Community Help which is about using this forum to Get Started.

Looks like someone beat me to it.

See if this article helps.

Updates are a 3 step process.  If you continue to have problems, it would help to know exactly where the interruption is occurring from log files.

Thanks for your replies.

After numerous attempts, and stalling at different percetnages (7%, 60%) it finally installed this morning - without any changes to the operating system.

I did update an out-of-date credit card on my account, but other than that the reason for the stalling remains a mystery.

I've moved this from the poorly named Community Help forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the Get Started forum so that proper help can be offered.

I had a similar issue.

Make sure that you have all Windows updates that are available.

The one thing that was causing it for me, believe it or not, was that I needed to do a clean installation of the latest Studio graphics driver from the NVIDIA website. After doing that and restarting, all was OK.
