Creative Cloud update Frozen at 2%

I have been trying to update Creative Cloud on my Mac and it has been frozen for a long time at 2%.  All of my other Adobe apps are closed.  Have tried restating computer and still shows up frozen at 2%.

I decided to try and uninstall and reinstall Adobe CC.  When I clicked on  the Uninstall Adobe CC app, there was an option to "repair".  I decided to try that.  It appears that the repair option actually uninstalls and reinstalls the Adobe CC app.  When that finished, all was good.
