creative cloud updates

when  i try to download updates to a windows 10 build 2004, get vc/runtimeminimun_x86 cannot be found. more to the line but to much to type.  if i hit cancel 3 times it allows, but not sure why it is coming up. is it a windows issue or adobe. if windows where can i find the link to install to correct. thanks..

That may be a Microsoft problem... Go to the Search bar at the top of http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/default.aspx to find and re-install the C runtime, or for ALL Windows help
