Creative Suites CS6

I lost everything on my computer - everything. I had to re-install CS6 Design Standard which I previously paid for and have the serial numbers. After launching the application I was asked for serial number but it didn't work. "Serial Number you provided is valid, but a qualifying product could not be found on this computer". I paid for CS6 but it want me to choose under the "Select a product" CS 5.5 (or others), yet the same serial number does not work.

 

Anyone else having these problems? Solution?

 

On a Mac, 10.14.6

That means that you bought a lower cost upgrade version, not the more expensive full version

 

You need to provide the serial number of your qualifying program
