Customer Service? Does it Exist at Adobe?

I need customer service help from an actual Adobe employee. Does such a thing exist? I like to have a record of my communications with companies, but unlike other companies, Adobe does not have an email for CS. You choice is the forum (not appropriate for many issues), chat which always seems to be closed, and phone calls that don't give you the security of a documented communication. Just trying to work your way around the site to find CS information is in itself just horrible.

Any suggestions? Is there any way to get quality CS from Adobe?
