Deleted account associated with school

Is it possible to recover a deleted account associated with school or permanently delete it?                                                               So I'm new to adobe and while creating the account i made a mistake with the ebook vendor and I couldn't change my ebook vendor to campus ebook store so i deleted it and I'm trying to create a new one with the same email(school email) but it keeps showing An account with this email address exists already and it's frustrating cause I end it urgently.
