download bloccato

Buongiorno, sto effettuando il download di Illustrator sul mio MacOs ma purtroppo è da circa 25 minuti che è bloccato sull'installazione al 10.3% (allego foto).

Come posso risolvere?

Ovviamente la connessione internet è buona, ho già provato a riscaricare il file .dmg e riavviare il download.

What version of macOS are you trying to install?
Also, if you are using an older version of Illustrator, the installation may not be successful due to the older files.

Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation issues

Refer to the above help and forcibly erase all related files before installing.
