Duplicate is greyed out in creative cloud libraries

Just started having an issue a second ago where "duplicate" is greyed out and I can't use it anymore in creative cloud libraries. I attached an image.

I still have 40gb of space in libraries so it can't be that. Any ideas on what could be causing this?
