Effect - Generate speech

Hello, so as u can see in the title i have problem with this.

I want to input my or somebody elses voice in this "feature" but for some reason adobe doesnt allow that, why ?

I cant replace with my own audio or selected one because of adobe. There is only 1 option and that is voiceover from microsoft anna. Which kinda sucks.
