Please uninstall and reinstall the product.

it this problem still occurs, please contact aobe techinal support for help, and mention the error code shown at the bottom of this screen.

I uninstall Form creative cloud and reinstall (Adobe XD).
And uninstall creative cloud and install Adobe XD, and still i have the problem.
