Error buying plan

When I bought the plan, I didn't fully understand how it worked. I don't like sending all photos to the cloud. Can I opt out of the LR CC plan and convert it to LR Classic? If I have already bought, can I not cancel it? I bought it for a year and sending it to the cloud will mean that I will not use the plan anymore.

You can turn off syncing your files to the cloud:

  1. Open the CC desktop app
  2. Click the gear icon at the top right of the window
  3. Click Syncing in the left panel
  4. Click the button under Syncing until it says "Pause Syncing"

 

As far as your account question goes, this is a public forum, not Adobe support. Users here can't provide support for account, subscription, or billing issues, or issues with downloading or installing old, unsupported versions of Adobe software. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.

Click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session. Typing AGENT into the chat window should connect you directly to a CSR rather than the AI.

If the CSR refers you to the forums, insist on speaking with a supervisor and keep moving up the chain until you get someone who knows what they are talking about.

You need to ask about what each program will or won't do in those forums

From what I read, the Classic plan is more extensive and allows for more options. Turning off synchronization will not change the fact that the CC version lacks many functions - am I right?

Turning off synchronization has no effect on the features already supplied, no.

Do you think you can change? Will I have to give up and buy another? Bought on 21.12, 14 days have not yet passed.
