Error code 127 on installation - adobeTemp empty

Trying to reinstall Elements 21 - install stops at 93% and I get a 127 error code. As directed, I check adobeTemp and there is nothing there. How can I fix this?

Do you have enough free disk space?

Do you have any security software runing, like adaware and/or virus protection? If yes, please deactivate this software and try again.

Try to download the installation file again. 

 

If this doesn't help we need more infos about your system.
