Error P205 after a BSOD during installation

Hello,

I'm right now having an issue with installing photoshop and creative cloud app to my pc. At first it was installing perfectly fine but I had a sudden bsod during the installation process. Now when I try to install again, I get an error code P205 which seems to be an error about corrupted files and network issue. I tried using the clean up tool and tried again but that did not work. I also tested the connection using the ping test from adobe and it shows there is a solid connection. Finally I read on some other forum suggesting using vpn but unfortunately that did not work out as well. Right now I'm not really sure how to fix the issue.

Hey kglad thanks for the reply,

Yeah I do see both logos, I actually don't think its a connection issue since originally it was connecting fine before the crash happened. I also was able to download adobe on my laptop within the same network.

I ended up reinstalling windows again and that fixed the problem. My guess is some specific files were completely corrupted and was unable to fix. I did check for any errors on my windows and my ssd but didnt really found any issue there though.

confirm that you can connect to the secure adobe servers by reading, http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html

do you see both logos?

if you can and still see a connection error, white list the adobe network endpoints, https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html
