Extra payment??

So in the account it said that i have to pay each month for the anual plan (professor discount):

I payed in October 31

I payed in November 09 -- without the bill (they removed from my account).

... and now they are saying i have to pay on November 30?

I can't talked to them the chat is closed - have no ideia why!!

double check that money was withdrawn 3 times in one month and, if so, using a browser that allows popups and cookies,  contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'chat', http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-ccm.html

Yes i try to contact adobe... but the chat isn't available for days (like i said above) and nobody answers by the phone. That's why i send a message here to see if this is happening to more people about the chat or that problem with payment. Thanks for your answer !
