Free subscription scam

Signed up for free 14 day trial in November. Canceled the same day as my computer could not support program. Found out being charged 14.99 since November. Now I go to cancel it and it states a 40$ cancelation. This is not right I never even used the software and canceled same day. Call customer service line I found when googling. Left on long hold with no response. Please someone help. Just want this off my account and don't want to be scammed for another 40$

Scroll down to View Support History.  There should be an Adobe Case Number showing when you cancelled your plan.
