Hi there

Do you know how to change the frequency of bank withdrawals from a subscription? I am looking to move from the monthly levy to the annual levy. Do I have to unsubscribe and re-register?

    OK. So you want to switch your plan from Annual Paid Monthly to Annual Prepaid.  Depending on when your current plan expires, you can contact Adobe Customer Care and ask the agent to waive early termination fees for you.   Or you can wait until the 12th month to cancel your first plan without penalty fees.    Either way, you must cancel your first plan before you take out another.
