Goor morning, Mixamo cannot load animation?

Hi everyone,

First sorry for my English :D,

I use Mixamo for low time, but now I cannot asign Animation or Pose. For character what I implement another animation.

What I try:

I try reload Character from CC3, but = I cannot use animation.

I try set another character from CC3, but = I cannot use animation.

When I use characters from adobe, I use fully animations and poses.

I can load perfectly my characters, but I cannot use animation and pose.

Can you help me please?
