Question

Help a paying customer to use your software.

100% fresh install, deleted EVERYTHING that had adobe relevance before, uninstalled normal, with the cloud uninstaller and with the cleaner utility, then I used CCleaner to delete invalid registry entries, restarted multiple times, spendt multiple hours getting a software to run that is bloated to max and I was super angry and annoyed. This is me after I cooled down to post this. I've tried every solution and way I found on the internet and the fact that this problem still exists today is astonishing to me.

Find attached a log and figure out what is wrong. This is the cleanest-of-error logs I could produce after searching every nook and cranny of my workstation for adobe things (I mean why in the everliving **** does adobe create a custom hidden adobeTemp folder outside of the regular temp folder?) and deleting it manually.

I know you support guys are not responsible for this mess but you have to deal with it. If you need any more information I will glady provide it. And consider me having done every solution that is mentioned on your forum board already. Including reboots.

Can install Adobe Creative Cloud, cannot update it, and installing photoshop fails with the same error code which I can provide as soon as you read the logs since I don't want a canned version of a response...

Thank you for the instructions, I contacted Adobe support and will let you know when they find a solution.

Looks bad. I suggest you contact Adobe, not this community forum. Good luck! Expect plenty of canned responses.

Oh, I thought this was the official Forum? It's under the adobe domain? Which one would be an official Forum then? Or does adobe just let the users fix their own problems?

This IS the official forum. But the forum is not the way to reach tech support or customer service (except by accident). Use chat or phone.
