How can we change former subscriber's ID?

Hi, my predecessor in Kellyservice KR once subscribed Adobe illustrator via her company account.

But, the problem is this - she applied her cellphone number as second login option.

We have no option to check subscribe period and change it.

If we ask her, then it can cause potential security problem.

Is there any way to change it?
