How to reactivate LR? Creative Cloud Activation issue on other computer.

Question

I format my computer because I bought a new precessor and more RAM memory. So then I download again Creative Cloud correctly, and when I went to open LR there was a window saying I have license for two computer, my main computer and my laptop, and as I download again Creative to open LR I must uninstall Creative in one computer.

I am not using more computer, but seems Creative Cloud thinks was not the same computer.

So what should I do?

Sign OUT of your Cloud account on computer A or B to be able to use on computer C
