i bought a membership but it is not reflecting on my account.

Hi,

I purchased a membership for a single app - photoshop. the money got deducted and the transaction was successful. but when i signing in to my account it is still showing free account and asking me to upgrade to a plan.

i dont want to upgrade plan. I have already paid for a plan.

Please help

FYI and off topic: If you have an annual contract, you would be better off with a Photography plan.

Please go to https://account.adobe.com and look what plans are displayed there.

Post a screen shot by editing out all your private information.

Nb: it may take some time for the plan to go life. It is well possible that by now it's active.
