I can`t download any programs anymore. help would be appreciated.

Let me explain

First I deinstalled Premier Pro to change it`s language and then download it again. But apparently I didn`t have enough space anymore, which was weird because I could download Indesign with no problem. What I did next was change all my installation paths to the folder with the most free space (Volume(F:) with 430 free GB) and deleted adobe with the adobe cleaner tool and downloaded it again. This time I couldn`t download any of the programs at all. I apperently did not have enough space again. I also checked my account settings multiple times

I have windows 10

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4690S

Ram: 16 GB
