I can't install a lightroom5 on my MacBook Pro..

I have got it in the lightroom5 CD. The authentication key is not valid.  I used it well on my old computer. what is the problem?

    동훈이43341423, sorry that you are facing problems with reinstalling Lightroom 5.7.1.  Are you reinstalling on the same computer or is this a new computer for you?  Are you using the retail installation files available at Download Photoshop Lightroom ?

    After installing Lightroom 5.7.1 version, I entered 24 digits of the serial number, but it is said to be invalid.

    For your information, my new computer is 15 inches MacBook Pro.

    I checked the serial number with my country counselor and said it was available.

    My Lightroom 5 cd serial number is a combination of window and Mac OS.

    What's the problem?

    동훈이43341423, there are several possibilities, can you please answer my previous questions from post #2 of this public forum discussion, 동훈이43341423?  This will give me a better picture of how you can resolve the error with reinstalling Lightroom 5.7.1.
