I can't launch Adobe XD

Hello, I installed Adobe XD for the first time a few minutes ago. After the installation, I only saw the white screen in the "Adobe XD" window and closed itself. What can I do? I have windows 10 May update (1903) with all updates and 8GB Ram.

Hi Nancy OShea. Thanks for the reply. I am on a computer with admin rights. It is an individual account and launching XD just show me a white blank screen and then the window closes. There is no error message at all.

I am running Windows 10 Pro 64bit on a Dell Latitude XT3 laptop. I have checked my graphic cards and it is running the latest driver. So not sure why I am not able to get Adobe XD running on my computer.
