I cancelled a FREE trial of Lightroom CC and still got billed
I wanted to sync my desktop presets with my ipad presets so I downloaded a free trial of Lightroom and cancelled the same day, 7 days later I got billed $10 over my regular $5 Lightroom mobile bill and the problem is it DOESN'T show in my billing history on the website AND when I try to download Lightroom desktop again it says my trial expired and I have to purchase. Also the chat support kept asking the same questions and didn't get me anywhere and it was frustrating, what can I do?
