I don't have a disk drive, but need to install my CS4 onto my new laptop. How can I do this?

I have the Adobe Creative Suite CS4, which I would like to install on my new notebook, which has no CD drive.

I have access to a machine with the CD drive and copied the entire CD/DVD to an external USB  drive. I entered my serial number and this worked until the message "Please insert CD no. 2" appeared . 

Do you have any idea how I can manage to continue the installation? Would be great if someone knew a workaround.
