I have a question about install Creative_Cloud_Set-Up !

When I install Creative_Cloud_Set-Up he apper an  error occurred，I use the adobe  solution

but it doesn't work ！I use the MOD network the speed is 1.4M ，and this is the new computer，

why it stell cant install ，I try for an hour ! please help me ! I need to use Adobe to finish my school homework

This report and project is very importent !

And I unstall it try to install again doesn't work !
