Hi,

I got this Macbook from the office and it's already installed adobe programs. I had been using photoshop for a while and then one day it asked for the trial. Other adobe programs are still working well with full access. Can you help me?

ps. Our company doesn['t have tecnician. We are all new team.

If the company has a Creative Cloud Team license, they might have to solve this. But let's see what we can do. First, what exact version of Photoshop is it (not "latest" please)?
