I have to buy Creative Cloud per phone - online is not possible?!

Is it normal that they want to call me to buy it on the phone? Im a little bit scared of giving my bank data per phonecalls..

I bought it regulary on their website.

First of all I want to say thank you for your help!

Sooo I tried again and here I am. This time I use my personal mail adress assigned by my University, so Adobe could verify my identity and proof that I m a student. Some days later I received a confirmation and now everything works. Sounds easy I know... I m just happy

      No, it's not normal except if you are a professional and buying quantities and are in a position to negotiate your way through the contracts.

      Phone calls do not cost much and so there are a lot of "sales agents" calling around to sell things.

      It's only normal if you have contacted Adobe on one of their phone numbers (sales or support) and they are selling you a service you asked for.

      When you say "online is not possible" are you getting some kind of error message when you try to purchase online via the Adobe website

        Yes I received an error message, so Im confused may its the right thing to do.. Maybe I just try again

        Never give personal information to a cold call. That’s how scammers work. Use the website as you usually do.
