I lost my serial number for Premiere Pro CC

using premiere por CC. i would like to certify, but for that, they require the serial number.

i purchased the program on Adobe online. but i couldn't find my orders. (but the purchased plan is still valid.)

and also, i couldn't find the serial number on the e-mail from adobe, neither.

its' kinda urgent for our team. hope find the right answer from you, people.

There is no serial number  with CC products - you login with your email and password and can reset password if you forgot it. Also, this is primarily a USER forum so not the right place to ask for a serial (but there isn't one anyway, so...)

thank you for answering! but still can't use all the functions because the program is not certified. (got this answer from an expert, but not from adobe) then, how can i get certified?
