I'd like to request for the direct download links but I'm unable to reach private chat support. Somehow I can't get connected through.

Creative Suite is no longer supported.   Do you have a Creative Cloud account?  And is it an Individual, Teams or Enterprise account?

Morema, what type of Creative Cloud membership are you utilizing?  It is very likely your inability to download and install through the Creative Cloud desktop app, and thus the need to rely on direct download links are also related to your failure to establish a successful chat session.

 

Do you receive any specific error messages when you attempt to download and install Adobe applications? What operating system is running on the computer that you are installing on?  Finally, do you own and maintain both the computer and the network it connects too?
