I'm without knowing payment was made

first. I'm korean. Immature in English, sorry

 

 

I did 1 weeks ago free version installed.   i tried to use only the free version during installation.

I never intended to use the paid version.  I remember not paying the paid version.

 

I did not finish the credit card registration process. because i will not use the paid version.

 

but a week later 24,000 won has paid.

 

I very very sad... ㅜ_ㅜ     

In the credit card registration process, i clearly said that i would not pay.

 

Please cancel your payment. please...  I will not use it anymore.

If you can not cancel it will be very sad. please. i don't believe

 

I believe you can cancel payment. please

    In addition to what Jane says:

    The test run automatically converts in a subscription if not cancelled before. To be able to start the free trial of 7 days you need to enter a valid credit card so you probably did finish your credit card registration. You should be able to cancel your substription by going to https://account.adobe.com/plans and clicking "Manage plan" (or the Korean equivalent) for the plan that is shown. You will find a "Cancel plan" on the next screen.

     

    You can cancel free of costs during the first 14 days. Any charge will be refund. Canceling after that date incurs early cancelation costs. In your case I would in this situation contact customer service as indicated by Jane to negotiate a refund and a fee free cancelation.
