i want to downgrade my plan to a photograpy plan
i want to downgrade my plan to a 10 dollars a month photograpy plan after the current 1 year all program plan expires
i tried using support but was pranked please help

You may cancel your current annual plan in the 12th month after the final payment has been processed. Do this by logging-in to your account below and click on Manage Plans. After your annual plan ends, you may subscribe to a new Photography Plan.
