Hi,
Ive used long time adobe Illustrator CS5.5 but since ive reinstalled mac os it pops-up message: Adobe illlustrator quit unexpectedly. (send report, ignore, run again).
This was supposed to be solved by installing cs5.5 from adobe servers but I cannot find proper version for my serial number.
I have contacted support but we couldnt find proper version for the serial.

Restore Preference to Default.
How to set preferences in Illustrator
Make sure Folder permission for Preferences folder is set to read and write for currently logged in User account .
Still same ??
Enable Root user account and login to same and try to launch Illustrator application.
