Illustrator doesnt work

I purchased Adobe for a year for my college and i bought the full package, i activated the link and everything is working exept for my illustrator. I don't want to buy illustrator individually because it's supposed to be in my package but i don't know how to approach this issue.

Any tips?

You could not buy Illustrator individually because you have it in the package; won't work and won't help (but Adobe might still take the money). So... what exactly happens when you try to use Illustrator? What is your system? Please quote all messages in full.
