IMPORTING IMAGES FROM ICLOUD DRIVE INTO AEREO WITH LATEST VERSION OF IPHONE & IPAD

I have been trying and cant bring images from iCloud Drive into aero because the 2 choices CREATIVE CLOUD show only one image not the ones on cloud drive on the desktop and FILE is not the FILE iCloud says the images are placed at.

All the images I see are read only (grayed). I'm using the latest version of iPhone 11 and iPad. PLEASE HELP
