Hi everyone,

I have a problem with my Indesign trial version. After the installation by Creative Cloud, when I choose "Open" and a the program started with a blank window installer that keep loading without showing any information. As the result I am not able to open the program at all.

Screenshot as below:

I tried to uninstall then reinstall but it did't help to solve the problem. And I am using window 10 plus I have a 2 other Adobe product with my account.

Just wonder if anyone had similar issue before and how could you fix this problem? Thanks!

P.S I read the forum and try some suggestion like delete some folder (e.g. Obbe) and not work on me as well.

uninstall everything cc including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud.

if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 4 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials
