Install Closes at 55.5%

My installer stops working at 55.5% and disappears. All of the folders get set up but nothing will run. CC just says "loading apps" then offers to repair and repeat the 55.5% process over again. I have deleted all of the temp folders in Program Files X86 and Users/App data and tried renaming them, and tried using the CC cleaner tool multiple times. I need to get this working asap.
