INSTALL link not working

I previously have had photoshop and on the computer I do it is fine. I am trying to download on mmy laptop after a renewal and it just keeps taking me back to the send link and will not install. This is ridiculous. I've already missed a whole day of my trial trying to get it to download here which is where I need it.
